About the role
Are you passionate about driving value through strategic procurement? We're seeking two experienced Procurement Business Partners to join our Procurement team and lead best-practice procurement across key divisions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
- partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
- lead end-to-end procurement projects, including planning, tendering, and contract negotiation
- champion sustainability, social value and continuous improvement in procurement practices.
- coach and guide procurement professionals and support capability building across the organisation.
We're looking for someone with:
- tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in procurement
- demonstrated success in a centralised procurement environment within a large and/or complex organisation.
- strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- proven experience in managing change and delivering process improvements.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
